So this is some pictures of my hair recently and one from a while ago but with an accurate hue close to my real hair color .. I have many more beautiful wonderful blonde highlight memories but I'll put those in another post. I wanted to share with you how amazing the go blonder spray is. The picture of me wearing the ohh so sexy leopard  halter is close to my real color with a few lighter pieces mixed into give it dimension. I haven't really truly stayed a brunette in a long time .

However I did go brunette again this past summer at  Paul Labrecque Salon in the
Upper east Side while I was residing in NYC. I highly recommend this salon! It is so beautiful and the assistant to paul which is also in a salon program there did my hair and it was so rich and glossy. I just felt with my pale freckled complexion (hate tanning too) I had to add some honey toned highlights back in. The girl I went to there is named Lizette and Paul was right there to help assist! Just a quick note when you go to a student at a salon you usually only pay for product or get the service for much cheaper. She happened to be an apprentice at another salon then moved to that salon so she had so much experience under her belt and I feel with  most girls/guys doing hair if you show me your are confident then I'm down to let you do my hair! I will go back to her and that salon when I move back up again. I see on yelp that it only has three stars as a salon which I can't believe! I mean 3 out 5 is average but then salon is so elegant and beyond any ol average 3! They treated me like I wasn't paying just product price and really gave me one of the best salon experiences I ever had. They offered me wine , food and even gave me a great blow dry job after.  He even has a lab where he makes his own haircare products which are out of this world amazing! I keep meaning to go online and pick up a few things they used in my hair. I happen to buy the shine serum and left in in NYC:( The products smells great too not your typical haircare smell , much more appealing. So anyhow onto the product haha My hair at top was the brown fading out to a reddish brown  shortly after that I added highlights then added more from a girl down in Florida. see picture below the top one! So you see my hair was fairly light and I wanted to save my hair the super damage from highlighting so i picked up go blonder to use in between salon visits. Holy hair heaven the last time I highlighted was in August! Look at my hair in the last picture it's clearly still a fresh color ( no pictures to show but before the last picture I dyed my hair a light auburn and it faded quickly ) the lightener just freshens up my roots so I don't look like a skank. skanks have light hair and roots. And I'm not talking about a stylish ombre , real skanks. haha .

Here is a description off amazon.

  • Formulated with citrus and chamomile, works with styling heat to gradually lighten hair with each use
  • Patent-pending technology combines fixative and conditioning polymers that retain hydrogen peroxide, allowing control of lightening results
  • Includes violet dyes to maintain true-to-tone color
  • Visible results in 3-5 uses; Results most visible on hair that has never been colored
  • For blondes only safe for color-treated and chemically treated hair
well anyhow I am adding some highlights in tomorrow and i feel the color I have now is a good base, there are still highlights but I just want some overall lightness ..  and I'll probably be able to go without a touch up for about 3-4 months with my spray!!! whoo hoo!

So I have two new concealers that I wanted to share with you about, one is glominerals camouflage and the other is covergirl and Olay Simply Ageless Concealer.  I am using the covergirl one under my eyes and I have to say I really like the texture and it's pretty pigmented and creamy.( I don't like dry formulas under the eyes.) I can't find the little debbioe at the moment but I believe it's in the shade light/medium. I do not have under eye circles unless I'm really sleep deprived but I do feel in any under eye situation you need something underneath to add light and debunk that I may have needed more sleep look. So i would recommend covergirl and what a bonus that there olay benefits in it! I'm on board! Here's a description I pulled off amazon.BTW don't sell on amazon , I'll give you a story on them later one.. losers.. but buy on Amazon because they have great deals! I also have swag bucks and I pretty much get my items for free!! :)~

  • Coverage that won?t settle into fine lines & wrinkles
  • Instantly revitalizes your look
  • Suitable for Sensitive Skin
  • Dermatologist-tested
  • Coverage evens skin
COVERGIRL & Olay Simply Ageless Concealer incorporates a breakthrough formula with Olay Regenerist Serum that stays suspended over fine lines and wrinkles to cover imperfections and brighten. Coverage evens skin and instantly revitalizes your look.

Ok on to glominerals.. I  have the concealer in the shade natural which is the second most lightest shade. wow that was a tongue tiwster! So this is great for covering up blemishes and little not cute spots on the face. I wouldn't use this as a concealer because I consider it too dry but dry is good for covering imperfections and blemishes. It's smooth and not dry in a bad way but it will definitely sit on top of a blemish nicely without budging!I took the description from the website so you can read what the company says about this product. Oh and on a great note this helped my blemishes I believe, I wore it for a week straight and I no noticeable blemishes on my face now and I haven't been using any new products yet except this so bingo I think it's glominerals! Check out their website , such great beauty items galore"! Glominerals is sold in numerous skin and beauty sites just google their name or check out where they are sold on the website.

So I never planned on shopping this weekend but found myself at Walgreens two times and then took a mall trip with my best friend. We only went to the mall so she could exchange something which then turned into shopping!Oh and Walgreens was just suppose to be a gum purchase but then I was attracted to all these bright candy colored polishes and I just couldn't help myself!I mean look at those colors up there! The first one is a baby lilac pink and the color name is flirt which I think accurately describes it. I'm wearing it now with one finger painted with opi teenage dreams with a forever21 silver polish on top of it. I can see myself wearing this "flirt" shade a lot!! The trend this season is mixing neutrals with neons and this will be a great pop of neon on dull neutral wardrobe days! The next color is Sally Hansen instadri in Snappy sorbet and let me tell you I have been looking for a shade like this for months! I was going to purchase a Chanel one I came across but I was like am I really going to get my moneys worth considering I change my polish at least twice a week!?!? No so my search continued and I found this yummy shade and I can't wait to swatch it! The next color is another Revlon shade called fearless which is your typical fruit punch red that I just love painting my nails with . I have a few similar shades to it which I will swatch to show differences in color but I'm really feeling this shade and can't wait to try it out!  So while we were at the mall we had to make a stop at Macys and since I figured I don't make it to the mac counter much I should go over there and get my shade done and possibly buy a foundation in which I did.I don't wear foundation unless I'm breaking out and need some extra coverage. I wear a tinted moisturizer or healthy skin by Neutrogena when I go out at night and sometimes this spf foundation from sephora that has very sheer coverage but pretty build-able if you need to. I started to think I need some more coverage at night only for the sake of pictures! haha I don't want to be shiny in some spots or have  the white cast from spf products so I figured let me give mac a try. I heard nothing but great things about the coverage and texture the MAC foundation has so the mac gal did my face in two different foundations. I can't remember what the first one was but it was very light like my healthy skin foundation so I nixed buying that one and went with the prolongwear spf 10 which provided amazing build-able coverage. My face instantly loved the rich creaminess and I felt like I would need very little powder to set it which is always better in my opinion. I hate cakey powder face plus if I'm out at night I don't want to feel the need to reapply my makeup or keep having to powder! I liekd that it was also a lower spf which meant less of that white cast that can show up in pictures from spf products. Next time I'm at sephora I'll probably buy one that hs no spf in it what so ever so events and stuff I really want to have great pictures! I also went over to Victoria secret to try and score some the last items from the semi annual sale, boo not much left. I got a few panties , a free stuffed dog and a amazing hot pink lip gloss. I will do a swatch and post wearing it later this week. The name of the color is taffy go lucky and it's a tube gloss with micro glitter and great pigment. Also while at Macys I got a cute pink-sweatshirt tee on sale ! yay! I can see myself wearing it all the time!Oh and I can't forget the body splash I got from the material girl line at Macys. I did the two for twenty deal and got the sinful sugar scent and I'm loving the cotton candy inspired fragrance, reminds me of pink sugar! The bottle is super cute and is 8.4 ounces so it's a pretty good for it's value . I think this body mist has a lot more staying power than some other brands out there so I recommended going to macys and seeing if any of the scents tidkle your fancy.

I will do a post on the concealer I received from the line glominerals but for now I'll move onto my drugstore products.I love lip balms! I am constantly picking up a new one and just like any other makeup trip I got two new ones! I bought the eos lip balm in sweet mint, and it's super hydrating and something I'll reaching for a lot. The next lip balm I bought was L'Oreal color riche balm in nourishing nude. The color is an exact match of my lips so virtually it just enhances them and I think that's a great thing because my lips are a mauve color so just a tinted lip balm sometimes is the only thing I put on my lips. I really had to work this balm a bit to start the color going but that's fine because it's awesome and takes away any dryness on my lips. I alos picked up the loreal  the one sweep sculpting blush duo and it blows. I thought his sounded like such a great beauty idea similar to the lorac bronzer and blush compact. I thought i coud carry this in my purse for touchups , bring it on vacation and not have to bring a blush and bronzer but no no no. This is chalky and not pigmented and I'm not happy. I mean I spend money of great beauty items but this was a drusgtore product and 12.99 and it it surely disappointing. I hope revlon comes out with a better version of this! I also bought the ever so hyped Maybelline tattoo eyeshadow in tough as taupe. The TargetI went to had all the colors but honestly I don't wear creams too much and when I do I like a neutral color so this si perfect for what I needed. It's freaking great! It's not as smooth as I thought it would be but that's a good thing because I don't see it smudging through out the day ! YAY! I took a picture of it along with the loral lip balm in the picture above.  Now a picture of my best friend and I partying! whoo.

The necklace desi9gn I purchased.

Wow what a great website! The picture above is the necklace I purchased! I personalized it with a skinny tag with my dog's name.(he passed on so I wanted something to memorialize him.) The necklace name is called the treasure necklace and I consider him my little treasure I'll always keep close to my heart. :) love you Fraiser aka moo moo!  These pieces are hand made how special is that?!!?! I'm all for supporting small business in America. I plan on purchasing more soon . :) Great present ideas. You should definitely check out her pieces and of course buy one duh. I just love sentimental touches to jewelry and knowing it's handmade and has a special meanings behind each one is beautiful to me. I also happen to favor silver over gold for my everyday wear which is what the jewelry is made of. Well the debate is on tonight and I'm suppose to watch and get paid to give my feedback so I must go prep, you know face mask plus hair mask kind night. haha xoxo

So my birchbox came a few days ago! YAY . I really really love this $10 dollar monthly subscription I signed up for, what a treat getting a surprise box each month.  So anyhow onto the contents of my box yo!

LaraBar in chocolate chip brownie- well this is a bust because I'm allergic to nuts :*( sad because it's a treat and it sounds yummy -me love sweets! and last month I was sad I didn't receive the spicy chocolate bar people were raving about! spicy chocolate sayy whattt? I even made up order of 75 dollars because I had a points and a coupon for receiving my box super late but I decided I do not need chocolate that costs for than a dollar along with perfume and other stuff I don't need at the moment . boo. send me spicy chocolate birchbox! ;)  Oh here's a description of the bar from the site incase you want to pick up some healthy treats .
How do you make a chocolate lover fall even deeper in love? Double the chocolate. That's what we did in our Chocolate Chip Brownie bar, made with Fair Trade Certified™ chocolate chips and cocoa, dates, almonds, walnuts and 5 grams of fiber. Feel the love.

Juicy Couture perfume sample in Juicy couture! where did they come up with the name? - well it smells great , I used to be a juicy brand lover but then I looked in the mirror and had juicy written across my chest and butt and realized I was sending the wrong message.whatever I have other fun catchy shirts like eye candy that I bought at hustler for an overpriced catchy phrase shirt.  So anyhow I tend to buy some stuff from the brand including viva la juicy which I love because it's sweet and reminds me of the little girl perfumes I used to buy as a kid :) Juicy seems to be the older sister from juicy who does wear pink girly stuff and hangs out at lounges sipping martinis, you go girl! So this is a score and future perfume purchase for me! I can smell the wood and vanilla in it so i looked up the fragrance notes and I was right. Read down below , sounds yummy like a cocktail haha Well some time ago a man I knew told me that men were polled in a "women's fragrance favorite" and men love vanilla scents on women because it reminds them of breast milk! haha well men I have always loved smelling like a big can up vanilla butter cream frosting ;) that's my go to lip balm flavor -kisses.

Watermelon, Mandarin, Pink Passion Fruit, Marigold, Green Apple, Water Hyacinth, Crushed Leaves, Tuberose Absolute, Wild Rose, Princess Lily, Tuberose, Caramel Creme Brulee, Vanilla, Precious Woods, Patchouli.

Clarks Botanical marine cream- This sounds like a cream for someone a little bit older than a girl in her 20s. I'll give it a go, I heard you can use it as hand cream as well as a night cream. It smells really good and melts right into my skin. I just started a devotion to a different night cream which I will post about later on but I'll use this one some nights. Here's a description from the website. ** Clark's Botanical Smoothing Marine Cream Are you after baby-soft skin? Smoothing Marine Cream gently exfoliates, intensely moisturizes, and boosts skin's collagen production. Glycolic Acid and Algae Extracts also soften fine lines, while Jasmine Absolute reduces redness and inflammation.***$115 for full size.

Archipelago Pomegranate Body Soap- This smells aammmazing! It's definitely a sweet version of the way pomegranate smells not the real fruity kind. I'm so excited to give it a go! This is a 12.50 soap so worth the birchbox alone... Read below to see what birchbox says about the soap, oh and there's a body wash !!

Birchbox Breakdown

That drugstore bar soap isn’t doing your skin any favors. Trade up to Archipelago’s triple-milled formula, which pairs a pure vegetable oil base with rich mango seed and shea butters. White tea and cranberry extracts provide an antioxidant boost but the star is pomegranate, a power ingredient that has benefits for both skin and psyche.

How it Works

This fragrant soap is packed with botanical, including pomegranate extract. The ingredient has plenty of claims to fame, including its ability to repair cell damage and encourage collagen production. In addition, the formula has Phase II Enzyme boosters, which help to detoxify skin and neutralize free radicals.

How to Use

Use in the shower or bath tub. Lather up with the soap to gently cleanse and soften skin.

The color I received is the a shade I have been looking for, a steel gray navy shade. The color is called blue ribbon and I took two photos to show how it shows up on my skin. There's a messy eyeliner experiment because excited me opened it to quickly taking off the tip. :( There's a description on my birchbox says about the product below.

The quickest way to update your eye makeup? Swap your black eyeliner for a rich colored one. stila’s Smudge Stick liners are gorgeously wearable and come in four rich shades that make eyes pop. There’s Purple Tang, a blackish aubergine; Moray, a golden olive; Peacock, a shimmery azure; Blue Ribbon, a deep cerulean; and Lionfish, a chestnut brown. Better yet, the liners are waterproof and stay vibrant all day.

So I wanted to share a few more items I was able to get a super sexy discount on from bliss world.. www.blissworld.com <~~   Go there :) Ok so I'm sort of addicted to anything with little scrubby beads in it hence why I love exfoliating! So I decided I wanted another face exfoliater so I opted for Bliss Pore Perfecting Facial polish which is 30 dollars. This is the product description from the site below.
Our best selling exfoliator for all skin types
Why we love it
•gently exfoliates for radiant, youthful skin
•refines skin texture (excellent for use before makeup!)
•clears and minimizes the appearance of pores

The epitome of exfoliation, this soft and safe-for-all-skin-types smoothing scrub makes large pores look like they've shrunk. A pea-sized amount massaged into the skin for 30 seconds refines pores and makes skin look positively picture-perfect.

I love it ! I love feeling the little beads and it has the perfect amount of beads to cleansing action ratio! I exfoliate atleast 3 times a week.I need to keep these pores in check and this does a great job! I really have noticed such an improvement pore wise since starting the mia and also using this a few times a week.OH BIG NOTE -do not use your mia with exfoliating cleansers the beads tend to mess with brushes and also it;s pretty rough on the skin!  I also use a microdermabrasion system as well but that will be left for another post.

Okay onto my other lovely bliss purchase the bliss no 'zit"sherlock breakout busting rubbermized mask.. wow try remember that when you go to purchase it .. so anyhow it's like this gooey substance you first have to mix with the powder and water and then you rub it's pasty gooe allover your face and it eventually rubberizes , cool huh? no seriously cool. The kit comes woth 6 packs and it's pricey at 38 dollars but, I decided the packs contain too much powder so I use half and now I'm saving money and still getting the same effect just use half powder and half water in the little cup that comes in the kit. That was a run on sentance! Anyhow on to what it does.. well it makes zits super pearl like .. no but it takes away the redness immediately after the ripping off the rubber irritation dies down .. your maybe red for 10 minutes then your face is smooth and clean , blemishes are less raised and redness is just not there ! I can't put into words how much I love this but sadly since it is not cheap I rarely use it. I will def say if you know you have an event coming up and want to keep zits at bay and have super pretty skin then use it the month leading up to the event or even the day of an event you can purchase one for 5 dollars at sephora or is it 10 dollars but it's like your very own facial so do it.. I just know using it once a week for a month is just an amazing difference in your skin. It feels very soothing too so I could see someone with mild to severe acne really enjoying the feeling it gives and well honestly the feeling you get seeing a lot less redness on your face~! If I can I plan on purchasing every 3 months because you know there's atleast a week or month where your like why did God do this to my skin? Why why why? and yeah I blame god sometimes for stuff I feel like should be given to everyone! :( :) Well anyhow here is the description from Bliss World's website.

SKU :BLISS-384

• With seaweed, tea tree, willow and menthol extracts• Purges pores, absorbs impurities and calms skin• Helps control oil, fade blemishes and prevent future breakouts
Gosh I meant to start this obviously way over a year ago but I guess my mind wondered... But I'm back! I want to start this post off with my new favorite item ! About a month ago my friend who gets a super sexy discount at bliss let me use her discount and I bought the new Clarisonic Mia 2! http://www.blissworld.com/clarisonic-mia2-sonic-skin-cleansing-system-pink/  <~~ that is the link incase you want to buy one yourself! I'm going through the process of that nasty beauty saying" your skin purgese." Ever heard that before? Well when you first start a new skincare routine sometimes you break out a bit and they call it purging. I have pretty great skin :) but thanks to taking care of it !! but when you first bring in the clarisonic you might break out .. it's just extra cleaning your skin which your skin has never felt/known before so don't fret if you are experiencing the same.. Some people's cases are worse ..I happen to be sort of a skincare hoarder whore and brought in the mia then used the mia with this cleanser and that.. So I decided I need to stick two one or two cleansers so my skin gets used to everything ! I had a PRO clarisonic previously but decided on the smaller mia this time around since I'll be moving again and didn't want to lug more beauty stuff to another state. but I will be going pro after that ;) I also have a new blog template I'm setting up, super girly super pink! I'm not even too much of a pink girl except maybe a gloss or lipstick but decided I'll go pink for now.
